- Where are you based?

- How long does shipping take?
- See Shipping & returns. Short version: printed to order in 2–5 business days, then 3–4 business days of US standard shipping. Most orders arrive in 5–9 business days.
- Do you take returns?
- All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Misprinted, damaged or defective? Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free. To report one, email hello@shop33degrees.com with your order number and a photo. Details: Shipping & returns.
- How do heavyweight pieces fit?
- True to size with a relaxed fit. Size up for an oversized look. Full measurements: Size guide.
- Do you outfit gyms and crews?
- Yes — names, numbers and crew marks where the piece allows. 12-piece minimum. Mix any designs and sizes. Volume pricing: 10% off at 12+, 15% off at 24+, 20% off at 48+. 50% deposit to start, balance due before shipping. Turnaround is about 2 weeks after art approval and deposit. Custom names or numbers are quoted separately. Team orders are final sale; misprinted or damaged pieces are replaced free. Request a quote: Team orders.
